Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program
The Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program was established in 2000 by the OCI Foundation to give extraordinary Egyptian graduate students the best education opportunities available in the United States. Scholarships are awarded based on character and merit with a focus on academic excellence, extracurricular activities and entrepreneurial initiative in fields that will enhance the economic prosperity of Egypt. Since its inception, the Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program has financed the educational dreams of 50 extraordinary students.
The Scholars website is an alumni initiative aiming to provide potential applicants with access and insight into the program, alumni experiences with the application process and at their respective schools, and information about current alumni activities.
